  Great location! My significant other and 3 kids stayed in 1 room, no complaints! They even had a pack and play they brought up to the room for our baby. Front desk lady was very nice!

  The cleanliness of the rooms is 2 star. They put clean towels in and changed the bed. HOWEVER, the counter at the bar had sticky spots of spilled beverage that looked like coffee from the previous guest. That tells me they didn't wipe the counter down. Then in the bathroom, there's a used bar of soap from the previous guest in the soap holder. This tells me they didn't clean the shower area either. Third issue, I try to make a cup of coffee and there's no supplies for it. Yeah, they never looked at this area to clean and restock either. At this point, I went across the street to purchase bleach supplies and sanitized the room myself. The elevators and hallway floors are also not as clean as I am used to seeing at Hiltons. Would I stay here again ... NO. As a guest, I count on the hotel to provide a room that has been thoroughly cleaned between customers. That clearly is not what happened in my case. To management- I stayed in room 400 on October 24th. You need to check which housekeeping employee SAID they cleaned that room and perform spontaneous quality audits of their work.

  Me and wife have been loving are stay in Cranberry since August 18!! The entire staff treats each guests with smiles 😊! So to hear, GM, ASGM are stepping down!! So Sad!! Also too, every year there is a yearly review, with a chance of no raise!! The cost of living goes up every year!! Please Please Pay the entire staff what they are worth!! Corporate needs to come here and ask guests,staff y they love coming to work!! This establishment is sold out every night! Just retired n June 1, age 61!! 37 years in Supervision at UPS n Meadowlands Secaucus NJ. Again Please Pay your staff!!

  We arrived and were checked in by the kind night clerk. The room was clean, the area was quiet, and there are a variety of food options (Chinese, tacos, Red Robin) just a quick 5 to 10 minute walk away that doesn't require crossing a major intersection. The attentive night clerk in the Steelers jersey; the chill staff in the lobby and fellow road-trippers in the hallway; a cool clear night. Hotels are hit or miss. That's just the way it is. That night, though, everything clicked.
