I travel for work and rely on meals from home or left overs most of the time. This was a major inconvenience. With a quality hotel like Hampton I would assume there would be a microwave available. There was a communal microwave in the lobby but it was dirty and the area around the microwave was filthy. The room was clean and staff were nice.

It did come with a 48 hour cancellation policy at no charge. Due to circumstances out of my control we did have to cancel. Our stay was to start on 12/18 and I cancelled on 12/10... well over the 48 hours required. I even called to confirm there will be no charge and the hotel said that is correct. They ended up charging my credit card for the full stay. I tried calling the hotel to resolve this and they did not return two separate voicemails left for the hotels GM.

- ACandrew chaissonDec 2, 20253.0Conveniently located right off the highway with tons of restaurants around. Staff was friendly, grounds and rooms were clean and modern. Now the reason for 3 stars. The mattress is absolutely awful. You can feel every spring in the thing. I honestly had a hard time sleeping and woke up sore all over. I travel for work and stay in Hilton properties around 110 nights per year, this is by far the worst mattress I've ever encountered. I would have had a better sleep in the truck.
