  I book my room from my company CLC card didn’t have any time left on my dot and get there and the front desk rep said I needed A card to put on file for incidentals I told him CLC covers that he called me a liar and said no it doesn’t. I told him it does he insisted on getting smart with me? I told him I don’t have a credit card and he told me well then I’m canceling your Your room I said no you’re not. I need a room to stay. I can’t. I don’t have anywhere to go. He said well you better calm down or or apologize to me now or I’m I’m going to cancel your room. You don’t have a room here anyhow I said I’m not apologizing to you. He said well then you don’t have a room and I said I need my room give me my room. He said no and if you don’t leave, I’m calling the cops on you so I stayed there. I called my boss and them then I said are you gonna give me my room he said if you apologize, I said I’m not apologizing just give me my room then I said to him hey if that’s what you want then I apologize for something that I didn’t do he said was that so bad then he told me he said and I would advise you while you’re waiting on your room to shut your mouth and not say nothing no more cause if you do, I’m gonna kick you out of here. How can somebody talk to a customer like that and then he was also threatening me by saying to me, sometimes you meet people that’s not gonna take your nonsense. i never got an email from the owner and trying to give me 5,000 points that don't even being to do what should be done i was really treated bad ......

  Clean, spacious, and close to shopping and highways. Quiet place, reasonably priced.

  Great hotel. That lounge chair in the room with the side table is a great combo. Now I want that at home!

  I may have checked in too early but there was a used washcloth in the bathtub. I was received well, did not get the room type I wanted but I believe I arrived here too early

  I started at this hotel recently and had a great experience. Jaymes was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure my stay there was exceptional. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!
