- MCmichelle crewsDec 22, 20251.0This hotel lies they charge my card 150.00 dollars for incidental hold i never got my money so they bank check and they put a 30 day which their not allow to do i been calling for 22 days and a manger would never take my calls or return my call, so if you ever stay becareful with the incidental holds because it doesn't take that long,your a liar because the bank told me and my lawyer that the hotel put a 30 day hold on it but its OK somebody getting a lawsuit because im not the only person this happen to I will be reaching out to other customers about this

We need the money before we back to Australia.... Unprofessional company, hold deposit too long. Unbelievable!
