    Very nice clean rooms, has kitchen area a refrigerator with ice maker -dishes - utensils - pots- plates- cutting board - dish washer. This hotel is very accommodating for guests that has a long stay. Gym, Laundryroom and pool.

    This hotel lies they charge my card 150.00 dollars for incidental hold i never got my money so they bank check and they put a 30 day which their not allow to do i been calling for 22 days and a manger would never take my calls or return my call, so if you ever stay becareful with the incidental holds because it doesn't take that long,your a liar because the bank told me and my lawyer that the hotel put a 30 day hold on it but its OK somebody getting a lawsuit because im not the only person this happen to I will be reaching out to other customers about this

    Visited this hotel the other day and Julie the front desk associate was super pleasant and accommodating! Was very welcoming and kind and in this crazy world I appreciate people like her! Keep being a light!

    2nd review... HI STEPHANIE !!! AS YOUR PROMISES 10 BUSSINES DAYS MY $150 DEPOSIT WILL BE RELEASE, BUT UNTIL TODAY, MORE THAN 10 BUSSINES DAYS, MY DEPOSIT NOT RELEASE YET... UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, HOLD PEOPLE MONEY.... DODGED !!! 1st review Be careful with this hotel... really disappointed, I stayed in Candlewood Suite last Saturday 9 Nov 2025 and the deposit of $150 has not been refunded until today 17 Nov 2025. Sending email to them but no response, tried to contact and spoke with Julia receptionist and promised us to speak to manager and inform back to us , but still no clue or respond. We need the money before we back to Australia.... Unprofessional company, hold deposit too long. Unbelievable! Other hotels manage to refund deposits within 1-5 business days, what's going on with Candlewood ?! 🚨💸"
