    Service is lacking. Not very friendly or approachable. Staff doesn't really talk, and only minimally when spoken too. Washing machines and dryers were broken. Rooms were ok. A little crowded (mine was anyway but just because of to much furniture), but they were clean and CS offers a lot of amenities . Everything worked, decor was standard.

    Every single area of this hotel had a different, unpleasant smell, the lobby and rooms smell like industrial disinfectant, the elevator smells like burning rubber. The room was dirty as you'll see from the pictures. The hotel is in a very run down part of town and has limited parking in the front. If you don't snag a spot, the other area is along the road in the back of the hotel, and based on where the hotel is, I doubt you'd want to take that walk. Service wasn't nice, but wasn't unfriendly either. They just did their job.

    At this property IHG (Candlewood Suites), the staff is very accommodating, the parking is excellent. Glad security at night is on the property and the reception have always been professional. Please keep up the great work!

    Staying only for one night for a sports camp with a child, the lobby smelled like weed, the second floor hallway also. The TV never worked since we tried to turn it on…which isn’t a big deal as we are going to go right to sleep, but it would’ve been nice to have in the background. The bed is fine and it is clean with the water pressure so so.
