    No quality, the lady is rude. The heat on 349 doesn’t work properly. I complaint they adjust but the heat doesn’t work. The breakfast is horrible! The employee is rude and zero education! Avoid this location!

    The room is spotless and spacious. I stayed in a king bed suite. Had a very nice shower, and breakfast was good. Wonderful host there; she went above and beyond in service. Would stay here again for sure.

    I am so grateful for the amazing staff, delicious meals and outstanding service at Best Western Plus Philadelphia Airport Staff this week. They went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and safety of their guests, and I will definitely be back on my next trip back to Widener University.❤️ (For anyone contracting or visiting the University, it is a must stay - just a block or two from campus. Uno's pizza across the street is wonderful and the staff was extremely accommodating and kind.) Thank you so much for making this Midwest girl feel at home during my visit to Chester. See you again soon! 🔧🤗❤️

    The woman at the desk was so nice and welcoming. The room was huge and I got a good dinner at Pizza uno place next door.

    If you want to find open Vaseline jars and drug paraphernalia choose this hotel. I Was given different room with open drink on counter. The GM was rude and said things that I cannot type here One would expect much more from a hotel directly across the street from a university that caters to parents coming to visit their children as I was. Check your drawers folks
