    Gave one price on the phone and then when I arrived refused to honor that price and gave me a higher price. Avoid this hotel

    Very worn rooms. Pillows and cover had stains. Glad it was only a night. Close to airport but nit worth the area and poor quality rooms. Staff were nice and helpful though.

    The hotel’s location is perfect for university visits, sporting events, and the airport. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is quite old. The beds were not comfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. During our stay, there was a winter vortex and the heater in our room did not work, so we had to request extra blankets. The blankets in the room were more like hospital-style blankets rather than the typical soft, hotel bedding. That said, the staff were understanding and allowed us a late checkout, which we appreciated.

    No quality, the lady is rude. The heat on 349 doesn’t work properly. I complaint they adjust but the heat doesn’t work. The breakfast is horrible! The employee is rude and zero education! Avoid this location!

    I am so grateful for the amazing staff, delicious meals and outstanding service at Best Western Plus Philadelphia Airport Staff this week. They went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and safety of their guests, and I will definitely be back on my next trip back to Widener University.❤️ (For anyone contracting or visiting the University, it is a must stay - just a block or two from campus. Uno's pizza across the street is wonderful and the staff was extremely accommodating and kind.) Thank you so much for making this Midwest girl feel at home during my visit to Chester. See you again soon! 🔧🤗❤️
