    The front desk was very friendly upon arrival and super efficient getting me checked in swiftly as I was exhausted from my flight. Rooms are a nice size and modern especially for the price, you can’t beat it.

    Check in was pretty smooth even though the reception is didn't seem the friendliest. I did experience issues with one of the key cards not working but that was resolved quickly. Also the TV did not have a signal which was also fixed quickly. The room itself was pretty cool with a full size refrigerator and a functional kitchenette. Dislocation is right in front of Chester City Hall with a lot of industrial buildings around. There's not a lot of food options nearby within walking distance however it is close to public transportation. It is in close proximity to the airport and i-95. I felt secure through my entire stay and appreciate the size of the parking lot. The rooms were nice and clean with fresh bedding however the smell and the lobby and elevator was noticeable.

    I booked my stay with a third party site instead of with the properly directly and when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. (The website I used dropped the ball) as I was getting nowhere with the third party representative over the phone and clearly getting frustrated the GM Stephanie came up to the desk and asked what was wrong.. after listening toe babble for what seemed like ten minutes she smiled and reassured me that it would be squared away in no time. Lo and behold she was able to get me situated with a room at the price the booking site offered. She didn’t have to do that and I am very grateful. She went above and beyond to help me and fix my problem when it wasn’t her fault to begin with. Great customer service and great hotel!

    I booked my stay last minute but toni was super helpful and able to accommodate me. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles and felt like I was welcome and not an Inconvenience which is nice. Over all it was a very pleasant experience at a nice property. Will be booking again in the future.
