We needed extra towels and they were delivered quickly and with a smile!!! Overall the hotel and our room was beautiful and clean.The only downside was our shower didn’t suction close and had some mold/grime which is disappointing with the price point.

- BBbilly bartusOct 8, 20251.0First off, I am not one to write bad reviews but this really pissed me off. When I go to a hotel at the very least I expect clean sheets and towels. Thankfully the towels were clean. But there were 2 beds in my room. I stay in hotels alot so I always check the sheets to make sure they are clean. The one bed I was about to get into is the first picture, 2nd picture is the other bed. The 1st bed i flipped over the sheets and noticed the sheets werent tight and appeared as someone had laid there which is red flag number one. Then I smelled the sheets and got a strong smell of cologne. I then went to the second bed, sheets were tight and smelled like laundry detergent. The housekeeper is likely being lazy and just making the bed if the sheets dont look too bad. Its discusting and down right wrong that they are not changing the sheets. This same housekeeper is likely doing many rooms if not the whole place so BEWARE, your sheets likely arent clean because they are too lazy to change them. This was in room 224. Pick a different hotel!! Discusting and unacceptable. I didn’t even bring it up to the person as the desk because half the time they werent there or they were watching videos on their phone so didn’t want to disturb their busy tasks. Hopefully if Hilton sees this they send me a voucher or something because this is down right wrong
