The gentleman who checked us in was polite and the lady who checked us out was also polite. She confirmed before we checked out that we had one car for both rooms and made sure we weren’t double charged for parking. And Susan, the night auditor I believe, was absolutely awesome. I called in advance to ensure that we had a handicapped room for my grandmother and she assured that she would put a note on the reservation to make sure we got the room type. It was reassuring to know that the room type I needed was guaranteed. Breakfast was quick and easy, just what was needed before the long journey home. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone passing through as they were decently priced. The next time I pass through they are my definite go too.
