The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was on top of her work! She was constantly cleaning up and keeping the food fresh. The only issues I found from cleanliness point of view was we found a hair tie with hair wrapped around it. It looked like it was hidden by a previous guest to prove "they weren't cleaning correctly" but I found it to be incredibly clean otherwise.
