Best place in the Lehigh Valley to host an event! We have had numerous events at the Centennial and the team: Rachael, Olivia, Adrian and the entire staff always deliver. We needed a specific cord for our presentation and they instacarted it for us! Talk about unreasonable hospitality! Thank you for all that you do, we will be back soon! If you're looking for a venue book here, you won't be disappointed!

We loved this facility because of the proximity to shops and restaurants. Easy off our route. Felt like a safe area. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Linens and pillows nice quality with awesome pillows. The morning breakfast was one of the best we have had with such a large selection and a delicious omelet station. The service staff was great. The people were so nice and helpful.
We visited Bethlehem for the weekend as a winter getaway, and overall this hotel had some real positives. The location is excellent — directly across from a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options, and only about a 12-minute drive into Bethlehem itself. The hotel was clean and modern, and our room was spacious. We booked a suite with a kitchen, which was definitely a plus.
That said, the 3-star rating comes from several issues we experienced during our stay.
First, one of the two elevators was not functioning properly. It wouldn’t go all the way to the first floor, so guests either had to take it to the second floor and wait for another elevator, walk through multiple hallways to reach the stairs, or send the broken elevator up and wait again. It was a constant hassle, especially when carrying luggage. We were told they were “working on it,” but throughout the entire weekend we never saw a technician.
Second, we were granted a late checkout until 1 p.m., which we requested because I wasn’t feeling well and needed extra rest. Unfortunately, this wasn’t honored smoothly at all. Housekeeping knocked on our door right at 11 a.m., waking me up, and then began calling the room again at noon. This was really disappointing and felt like a lack of communication between staff.
Lastly, housekeeping entered our room while we were out. I’ll admit I forgot to place the “Do Not Disturb” sign, so that part is on me. However, after they serviced the room, it smelled strongly like sewage until checkout, and a makeup item went missing. I contacted the front desk immediately and was told I’d need to submit a claim on Monday when a manager returned, which wasn’t ideal.
Overall, the hotel itself is very nice, breakfast was great, and the location truly is wonderful — but the unexpected issues took away from what could have been a much better stay.

A very nice, clean looking hotel. I really only have one complaint, the allergies. If you suffer from allergies, especially dust or pet dander, it may be a little rough for you. The room looked clean but my eyes were super swollen the entire time, stuffy nose and chest congested. I’m simply guessing it’s all of the allergens, likely from the animals. I really wish all Hilton brand hotels had the Pure Wellness rooms or didn’t allow dogs and cats in all of the rooms. Especially since Statistically close to 20 people have allergies to dogs and cats. It has just made it pretty uncomfortable to be in and sleep in. Please do better cleanings and filter changes to help guests stay more pleasant.

This used to be a great hotel but it’s gone to the dogs. I have pets myself, but Homewood Suites’ policy to make all rooms pet friendly can turn the hotel into a kennel on holidays when people use rooms to dump their pets while they attend parties, leading to predictable barking.
We got stuck above a suite with a non-stop barking dog. Front desk was friendly but referred to their pet policy and said there was nothing they could do if a pet’s owner abandons their pet and doesn’t answer the phone.
When we packed our bags and said we were leaving and did not expect to pay for the room we were offered another suite, which was nice. Front desk attendant had a hard time finding a non dog-adjacent room, which gets to show you how many dogs there were.
Breakfast was just OK - if you like hotel scrambled eggs, they got you covered.
Cleanliness was great - the housekeeping staff does an amazing job.
