- AAAJan 14, 20263.0My room was nice and all but I have experienced the staffing in the evening walk around together like they are in a social gathering. No one at the front desk or they are on the phone(loudly at times). At the bar when Nani is there she’s on her phone not noticing the customers standing at the bar. I’ve seen customers walk back out. She closes it early. I’ve seen her break bottles. Constantly leaves her post . Charged me twice on accident and that was my spending money upon check in. I had no money for the weekend. Complains she’s always tired. Which makes me feel uncomfortable bc I’m at the bar trying to have some drinks. I’ve seen the attire with the crop tops. Not professional if you walk into a hotel. Especially everyone acting like you are interrupting something and they’re supposed be doing their job(everyone on the phones). Saw them kicking up their feet eating snacks in the dining area and no one at the front desk. Shira is great though when she’s there. The breakfast, social staff and cleaning staff are amazing! Also was rude when I asked for a drink and immediately said no with no other explanation. she was quickly trying to close the bar. Not the experience I was hoping for.
