  I don’t normally comment but I wouldn’t advise staying here, it is filthy dirty , holes in the bathroom wall and let me not forget the crafty landscaping consisting of 600 or more cigarette butts plastic cups and spoons. Very disappointing. Giving holiday inn a bad name

  This is a really nice hotel. It is fairly new and still smells new. The night staff was some of the most friendly I have ever encountered. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

  Stayed here for one night after a long drive. The hotel looked brand new but there was an odd smell, worse in the elevators. Everything was clean and I found the beds comfortable. My reasons for such a low score are numerous: the odd numbered rooms face the highway and being a transportation hub for truckers, it was very loud and I was wearing ear plugs. With the AC going I managed to drown out the noise a bit and was able to fall asleep until 4am (more on that below). The room doors don’t fully shut on their own. They close most of the way and can look like they closed but there is no click and is easily pushed open. My room phone didn’t work and I brought it to the managers attention at 9:00pm, but really what was he going to be able to do at 9pm. He was nice and apologetic about it. So I was fine with it until 4:00am when I was woken by music and people having a grand old time on the patio below my room. Since I didn’t have a room phone, I couldn’t call downstairs and I didn’t feel like getting dressed and going downstairs and I knew at this point I wasn’t going to be able to go back to sleep anyway. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and we were promptly down there at 6:30. Turns out my 4am partiers were the overnight staff as one came in as we were looking for butter for toast only to be told there was no butter and no toast even though I found a loaf of bread on the counter. The bread was for the staff and was taken away. The rest of breakfast was basic, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, oatmeal (with no toppings) and wrapped muffins. Bacon and scrambled eggs were good. As we check out, I mentioned to the manager (the same one that I told about my phone the night before, poor guy must be there all the time because he was there at 10pm and back at 7am) about the gathering on the patio below and he advised that the overnight staff have been told previously not to gather on the patio and that they try to avoid having guest occupy the rooms above the patio, but with no vacancies, I guess I was the lucky one. So while it was a clean and comfortable hotel, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
