This hotel is in dire need of some attention. The carpets in the hallways need replaced, the room smelled of straight up chemicals, there are zero USB ports in the bedroom, the bathroom serves its purpose. With that being said, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Essentially we got what we paid for. Definitely nothing exciting.

Holiday Inn is my go to hotel . This one was VERY dirty and outdated. I didn’t feel comfortable spending the night there but it was too late to cancel the reservation. I don’t recommend staying at this location. I will not stay there ever again . The beds were squeaky and the pillows have a sweat smell .

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Smells of mildew and the beds are like laying on slabs of granite. Was in 5 different rooms over a 2 week stay for work. Every single room smelled and was dirty. I will never stay here again and my employer was made aware also. I'll be reaching out to corporate about this location as well. It literally made me ill.

We reserved ahead and stayed here on our vacation and can honestly say this is the worst place we’ve stayed in. There was an overwhelming smell of bleach throughout the hotel. The carpet is extremely old, stained and coming up at the wall. The bed was fine, but I searched diligently for bedbugs before climbing in. Couldn’t use the tv remote because it was filthy nasty. It had nasty melted chocolate or some kind of food all over it. Also, as we were getting ready to go, there was a random man pacing outside wielding a very large knife or machete. We are proud iHG rewards members for over 24 years and we’ve never come across something like this. They need to bulldoze it and rebuild. The staff were friendly enough and the location was great. Do better, IHG!!

Staff is friendly enough, but hotel needs to be cleaned. Badly. Hallway carpet and walls are bad. Headboards above beds are gross and peeling. Not enough towels in room. When they came in to clean during stay they took dirty towels, but didn't leave more clean ones, and didn't make beds. Soap and shampoo in Dove bottles does not smell or lather like Dove soap/shampoo. The worst part however was the breakfast offerings. If you're looking to save money by eating the complimentary breakfast, you may want to think again. No cinnamon rolls, no pastries, just bagels & toast in zip lock bags. No waffles or pancakes, just a half pan of watery scrambled eggs and overcooked sausage and a pan of potatoes. Cereal options were there as long as you like skim milk, because that was the only option. I stay in IHG hotels a lot for work. This was the worst I'd been in.
