There was a small problem this morning and management took it and fixed. I still give it all the 5 stars. Because there are great people. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is just. Continental, but a good one.

Both ladies at the front desk were welcoming very sweet and helpful. The gentleman working the breakfast area was friendly and had a beautiful smile for all! The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, fully stocked and the area was clean. Location was easy access from the highway. We stayed here as a starting point to visit Gettysburg and it worked out great! We will be staying here anytime we travel through the area.

My experience was horrid. It was awful from the beginning so that's where I'll start. When we walked in, only 2 carts were available for our bags. One of them only had half of it's wheels. When we were walking back to the front of the building, we noticed that there is not a wheelchair ramp. So, not up to code. All of my belongings spilled into the street when I was attempting to lift the cart by myself onto the sidewalk. Of course, no help was offered. When we finally got to the front desk, we were visibly frustrated and the receptionist was attempting to deny us service by pretending she didn't speak English. When we told her we had spoken to her prior with no issue, she proceeded to check us in. I haven't even gotten to the best part. It's midnight when we're checking in. My best friends wedding is the next day. We're coming in, wedding dress in hand. At this point, another employee came out of the back room. Right off the bat- AWFUL attitude. I never got her name but she had an awful wig. We had confirmed ahead of time that we could have a later check out for us to get ready in the morning. They were again, arguing and trying to deny us the late check out. We finally got our room key. We walked back to our room, got the cart inside, turned around to shut the door, and realized the door wouldn't shut because the hinge/lock was broken. We then asked to be moved to a different room. The woman with the awful wig came out (attitude of course). She told us that it was just an issue with the screws and brushed it off as if we were just being dramatic and that she could fix it herself. At this point, we were visibly upset and wanting a different room because we didn't feel comfortable. She started yelling and slamming drawers. Saying she was tired, had a long day from playing phone tag, and just needed to leave. She was also complaining about my friend (the bride literally holding her wedding dress) and yelling about how she was dramatic for requesting a new room and saying she couldn't accommodate her. We were eventually moved to a different room. First thing we see is a roach on the floor. Yes, a roach. We go in, set our things down and I head for the shower. The tub was disgusting. The room looks like it's a motel 6 with the landlord special. There was some odd colored staining on the chairs as well. All in all, bad experience but the wedding was an absolute banger for anyone wondering :)

The night receptionist was very bad, not providing any help and difficult to deal with. I am an old customer. The employee's name is Quinn.

Very bad experience with the evening receptionist. He was rude, unhelpful, and completely unhelpful. He made no effort to help guests or solve any problems. I felt he did not care about the customers. Very disappointing service - I would not recommend him at all. Quinn is the receptionist. I will never stay at this hotel again.
