    Carlisle South Best Western front desk staff, Alexa and Rima, provided smooth, accurate check/in out for my reservation and answered all my questions. Hotel clean, room comfortable. Lobby area seating let me wait and see my ride pullup. Pleasant, attentive staff.

    The room walls are so thin, you can hear the next door being slammed 100 times through out the night. It's as though they are in the same room with you but using the closet. Forget sleeping here.😩

    Upon check in I asked for late checkout. Front desk was kind and courteous. They agreed to 11:30-12. We filled the whirlpool after I cleaned it myself (hair was all over the tub). The button is concave and we barely got it to turn on or off. The bed was super soft and worn in. Mirrors filthy around whirlpool. No vents anywhere in bathroom or by whirlpool. The heater smelled like burning hair. I turned it off so I was cold. No extra blankets anywhere. At 9:30am kids were in the hall screaming and planing for over 45 mins. Endlessly. At 11am on the dot the door was knocked on. Front desk (a different attendant) said its check out time. I said we have late checkout.. they told us last night 11:30-12 was fine; we didn’t check in until 11pm we had a very long drive. Her response was “we need you to go by 11:30”. No good morning, please, thank you; nothing. We’re two adults traveling quietly. There was no need for their attitude or lack of courtesy. We hadn’t complained about any of the above. We just wanted to relax after a long day. That is far from what we got. We won’t be back.
