- AWAlicia White4 days ago5.0Due to pain conditions I utilize hotels with hot tubs sometimes 30 to 40 times a year because I cannot purchase my own. The Best Western Carlisle is my favorite hotel to stay at! No matter who checks me in, they always remember to thank me for being a diamond member and offer me the free water that is a tier benefit. The room is always very nice and clean, spacious and everything works. If I ever do have a problem, it is taken care of right away and with a smile! The location is amazing because it's quiet yet in the middle of everything you would possibly need and close to Rutter's and Sheetz, which are open 24/7. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling whether alone, with family and for any reason!

- BBBrea Arvidson (Brea)Dec 20, 20253.0Pet friendly, so that's nice. Front desk was accommodating and welcoming. They left us homemade Holiday cookies in the room, so that was thoughtful. The room? Wuf. Roaches, for one. I saw one scoot out to the cookie bag. The room was cold when we got there and figured out the heat was on or off, with no in between. The room smelled musty/damp even though it's winter and the heater should be drying it out. Beds were older, and visibly deeply sagging. Even at a quick glance, the bathroom could have been cleaner - dirt and dust left in the corners on the floor. The toilet seat was loose. I went to pull my phone charger out of the desk outlet and the entire thing came out of the wall. Seems like the reviews for this place are all over the place, so maybe some rooms are fine.
