Staff friendly but rooms obviously not thoroughly cleaned. There was the perfume still left on the comforter from not having washed it from the previous customer. There was also the dirty bath cloth that was high up on the shower curtain rod that have been missed and left hanging dried out and dirty. There was still hair residue along the soap dish and surrounding the tub. As an additional commentary, the renovation would do except that the tubs are far outdated and don't match the outside appearance and presentation and community hotel and external building. If the showers were updated and more modern, stand-up showers it would match the rest of the renovation and decor in the room. Honestly I prefer the traditional style family rooms for Homewood suites with the full kitchenette. Lastly the area of the bathroom with the tub is ancient and is overdue for renovation.

My room was nice but Tera made my stay amazing. She was friendly helpful and just fun to chat with. She helped us pick restaurants to eat at and knew the area well. Anything we needed She helped with a smile. The ppl make this a good hotel but she made it a great stay.

Stayed there for a week and had a great time. Hilton never fails to amaze me with the consistency across the country. The rooms were remodeled recently and for good. It was spacious and well lit. Reception and Room service were excellent. Loved the amenities. Breakfast was good and plenty of decent options. They kept up the tradition of Once a week evening snacks. On my Day-1 here, I was greeted with a dense fog, so had a good time sitting under sky and by the fire. Plenty of parking and easy accessibility.

This place kinda sucks. I used to come here when I was younger and it was great but they went really downhill. I came here for my sweet 16 birthday party sleepover and we booked two rooms. We booked the executive suite and a two queen one king bed room. So, we got the two queen and king room, but when we came to check in, they said that our “room type was filled” for the executive room, even though we booked the room 4-5 months in advance. They said there was a bride in one of the rooms and the other room had a couple that had been staying there a couple of days and asked to extend their stay, and the hotel staff said yes before they checked if anyone was staying in the room next (aka us) so…the hotel staff seemed kinda stupid about it and didn’t really want to help us with that problem, even though it was their fault. So, we had to book another different room that was not as good, and we had to pay full price for that one. Stupid. (But I’ll get to that later) For the two queen and king room, it also was kinda sucky. The tvs kept on glitching, the mirrors were dirty, there were coco puffs behind the tv stand, the toilet was acting weird, the toilet paper holder was broken, and I could go on and on about all of the problems. Then, the pool was noisy and there were unattended children there that were causing problems for everyone in the pool. And as a cherry on top, when we went to check out and they said we would “resolve this” the front desk lady told us that she would give us a discount on the room we had gotten for my dad and brother since they didn’t give us our room (btw it was a very downgraded room, like nothing like what we wanted) but when she told us she was giving us a discount, she was actually charging us $40 OVER the price listed on the website. Like the room was supposed to be $120 (without service fees) but she charged us $160. So my mom pointed it out to her and she charged us $120 (no discount!) and then they gave us the card for the general manager to “solve this” but he has still not emailed us back after 1 month :/ I’m not someone who wants to be pessimistic and say bad things about places or people, but this place kinda sucked. It was really frustrating and it kinda ruined parts of my sweet 16. I wish I could give it .5 stars, I hope this hotel goes back to how it used to be, and train their people better too. If this hotel doesn’t do something about all of the problems they caused us, I will make sure that people I know who stay here will no longer chose here. You should think twice too. Ps: keep in mind that they never tried to give us any sort of discount or free stay or literally anything for the big room that we reserved in the summer. They didn’t do anything for us and they really made us have a difficult time.

Great value!! TV didn't work, but maintenance was able to unplug n replug in the cable box, which fixed it. Thermostat didn't work. Had to manually turn on n off the window heating unit (like back in the old days). Bit of a pain, but not a big deal.
