Overall, my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the room met my expectations for comfort, making it suitable for my business needs. However, my stay was marred by significant issues with staff service and food quality. Upon arrival, I called ahead to request an early check-in, as I was a couple of hours away from the city. The call center assured me that this request would be noted, but I encountered confusion at check-in regarding both my early arrival of 3 pm and the late check-out of 1 pm, I had confirmed. With a male staff member at the desk. Moreover, interactions with staff were often frustrating they seemed inattentive and sometimes rude. A particular incident during breakfast stood out when I asked for assistance in locating items, the staff member simply pointed without offering any helpful guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was further dampened by the quality of food offered at the hotel. Overall, given the issues I faced, while the hotel had its merits, I would not recommend it due to the poor service and dining experience.

Extremely terrible customer service, disgusting rooms needing upgrades and repair, no coffee makers in the rooms, and at 6:30 am the breakfast foods were already gone or were limited to cereal and continental, and the coffee was sour. I am shocked by the experience and will definitely be choosing the Fairfield or Hampton Inn in the future.

We uses the Hopper app to find this hotel and its the best service I've had in years. Clean and the gentleman running breakfast was so kind!

My husband and I were on a road trip and wanted a nice place to stay a night on our way through. This hotel did not disappoint! The location is interesting - it's like a posh business park/town center/apartment complex/main street. It was very quiet and out of the way. There is a small main street area just down the road (walking distance) with lots of restaurants and night life. Very cute. The hotel itself was peaceful and well kept. The lobby is outstanding and beautiful. And the staff was very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

I had a business trip last weekend and decided not to stay at a 2-star hotel and risk the occurrence of bugs. I found the Hilton and was fooled by their luxurious breakfast hall and entryway. The room appeared clean but with a slight odor. I left with 1,000 bed bug bites all over my arms, neck, face, torso — and a $300 bill. The breakfast was powdered eggs, rubbery sausage, and gravy with unknown meat. I can’t get a refund but I can give my advice: don’t risk it… stay somewhere else. -Floor 3 RIP
