It includes upscale restaurants such as Toscana Brick Oven and Saga Japanese Steakhouse.   The Holiday Inn Express Southpointe is easily accessible from I-79. The hotel is just a few miles from Meadows Casino and Racetrack, Tanger Outlets, and Washington County Fairgrounds.     We have went to this hotel every year since 2020. This used to be an amazing hotel. Sadly, it has fallen into disrepair and unfortunately is not kept clean. Would not recommend. Our first room was dirty, cushions off the chair, table moved, poop on toilet. No apology from staff or anything. Second room was only slightly better. Still not even an im sorry.

    The hotel itself is nice enough but customer service that just terrible! We arrived a little early and were fine to wait. Melissa, the manager, at the front said check in was “promptly” at 4:00. At 4:15 we went to see if our room ready for check in and she proceeded to tell us that they were humans and not robots. Later she yelled across the room that our room as ready very rudely. She was rude for the entire interaction and never left her stool. She was however barking orders to her co worker. I have never written a bad review but today was unacceptable and warranted. We travel a lot and have never been treated the way Melissa treated us.

    Stayed 1 night for our grandson's hockey games both Sat & Sun. It was a clean, friendly, beautifully decorated (at Christmas time), hotel. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!!

    Overall, my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the room met my expectations for comfort, making it suitable for my business needs. However, my stay was marred by significant issues with staff service and food quality. Upon arrival, I called ahead to request an early check-in, as I was a couple of hours away from the city. The call center assured me that this request would be noted, but I encountered confusion at check-in regarding both my early arrival of 3 pm and the late check-out of 1 pm, I had confirmed. With a male staff member at the desk. Moreover, interactions with staff were often frustrating they seemed inattentive and sometimes rude. A particular incident during breakfast stood out when I asked for assistance in locating items, the staff member simply pointed without offering any helpful guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was further dampened by the quality of food offered at the hotel. Overall, given the issues I faced, while the hotel had its merits, I would not recommend it due to the poor service and dining experience.
