We asked for a new room and they were very nice about providing a new room. This room smelt a lot better but the bath tub/shower was still very moldy. On the day of our checkout housekeeping tried entering our room twice without knocking or announcing thereselves before checkout time. Overall not a great experience.

The staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn Express fare which was good and consistent with what I expected. The location is close to Butler and especially close to the Butler Fairgrounds. It is next to a good sized shopping area and there are a lot of places to eat close by.
