  We stayed here for a hockey tournament, and with such an unpredictable game schedule, the staff truly went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly accommodating with early check-in and late check-out, which made a huge difference for our team and families. Customer service was outstanding the entire stay - everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had at a hotel, and everything from the rooms to the common areas and amenities was spotless and well-maintained. 10/10 would absolutely recommend, especially for families traveling for sports tournaments!

  So this hotel uses Verdant thermostats. I had to look them up, but basically they are designed to keep rooms chill when not in use. They rely heavily on a motion sensor, which, you commonly see in budget hotels attached to lights. Here, they tied it to heat. And perplexingly, have it locked in at 65 unable to adjust upwards. At something like -7 degrees outside during my stay, I find my AC would keep turning on to return me to this 65 that the property decided was ideal for their budget, at the expense of guest comfort. Certainly never staying in this location again, and truly, the Hampton brand in general gets a big hit with me for allowing this sort of thing from their franchise holders. A thoroughly miserable experience to spend the night.

  Strange place to get to. Signage off the highway is not great. The hotel was. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. I would recommend.

  Stayed for my kids birthday so they could swim and it was close to Top Golf. Everything was ok. What you would expect for this type of Hotel. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms were clean. They're a little run down and could use a freshing up.

  Probably the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. I'm a long haul trucker and my semi truck broke down, and I was scrambling to find a pet friendly place to stay while my truck is being worked on that is pet friendly as I travel with 1 dog and 2 cats, most places do not allow cats, or pets at all. This hotel not only allows both cats and dogs, but they don't limit you to just 1 or 2 pets. The staff is absolutely amazing and so super friendly as well. Gave my dog a tennis ball, she got lots of pets and attention. 10 out of 10 recommend. Absolutely above and beyond for guests.
