  My daughter and I coasted into their parking lot late at night as our car was on its last leg. The receptionist Jenny was so kind and helpful figuring out a room for us so late. The breakfast was yummy, and the ladies working the dining room and the morning receptionist were all so kind and helpful as we had to figure out a way back home. The warm and friendly reception we received was the best part of our stay, but right up there with the service were the super comfortable beds and linens and newly remodeled bathrooms with all Dove products, which we love! If you’re roadtripping and need a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff, I definitely recommend! PS. The Starbucks across the highway is great too. There are no Ubers/Taxis/Rental cars as an FYI if your car breaks down, but the places to grab a bite and get some caffeine are solid.

  I have nothing but positives to say about my stay. There are renovations currently happening, but they have those areas blocked off beautifully so that it doesn't interfere with your stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I was booked in a recently renovated room, and it was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, the room was spotless, and there was a full size hair dryer, soaps, body lotions, and shampoos/conditioners. One of the best parts was none of those old standard heaters by the window. You have a thermostat that you can control the heat and AC. There was also a full size ironing board and iron if you needed those items. They have an indoor pool as well, but I didn't utilize that during my stay. The breakfast choices were plentiful, and everything was really good. The staff were a great group. The room fee was reasonable, and this will be a place I will be staying at again.

  Driving overnight from NJ to Columbus, OH with two kids under three. Had terrible weather and decided to stop for the night. We checked in at 11 pm with great service, and they had a full crib set up for us in our room in 15 minutes. Room was clean and hotel quiet. Complementary breakfast was great, and they had high chairs that they brought out for us. This was a really nice family friendly hotel, that went above and beyond to accommodate us on a long night. Would highly recommend stopping on a trip.

  Service was great The room was clean and the location was fine but the breakfast was a continental breakfast so what do you expect.
