In addition, we are just a short distance from the Seneca Allegany Casino. We were assured it was and booked over the phone (instead of using Priceline like I normally do). We booked 2 rooms and brought our 5 kids an extra 40 minutes away from our destination AND boarded our dog specifically for a pool. Well on check in we realized the pool wasn’t open and hadn’t been open for some time. Now we’re 40 minutes away from our destination, we paid over $100 to board our dog, and we have 5 kids who are absolutely devastated. We spend over $1000 and month on travel and we will never stay at a holiday inn again.

No microwaves in the room except if you get a suite and if you get a handicap room… Good luck it’s the furthest room from the elevator, literally at the end of the hallway. When discussed with the manager basically blamed me because I knew that it was the only room left. Which is besides the point a handicap room should not be at the end of the hallway. Overall, basically just a interaction. I would never stay here again.
