We are a mamber of holiday inn. My expreriences with holiday express have been always very good. Except this one. The past week we stayed in a holiday inn and now in a holiday inn express and sadly they both have been very bad. The room was dirty. And the furniture dirty. Even the rug. We know they get dirty but they should do a deep cleaning once in a while. They didnt clean the refrigerator. And the main mirror was very dirty and even had hand print of a child. I couldnt take a picture of the mirror. But here are some pictures of the rest. I want to share some pictures.

Very very noisy. Windows are paper thin and you can hear every car that passes by on the highway entrance ramp behind the hotel. Bring earplugs if you decide to stay here.

Horrible experience with this facility they tried to charge me $275 for a lamp that was already broken. When I reached out to them the manager was rude and unprofessional hung up on me multiple times. And told me not to return. Why would I return after that. I Wouldn’t recommend them especially if you have an issue with the manager she will be rude and hang up on you. I’m pretty sure they will write underneath and say a whole bunch of nonsense to protect this lady and I will tell everyone I know not to stay at this hotel.
