We’re conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from Lehigh Valley International Airport-ABE- in the suburb of Bethlehem and Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown-Bethlehem Airport is an upscale, yet casual, all-suite residential-style hotel that is close to numerous offices and industrial parks. Major nearby corporations include FL Smidth, Bosch Rexroth, B Braun Medical, and Guardian Insurance. Our hotel is conveniently located near Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg, Lehigh University, Moravian, and Lafayette Colleges. Also, the hotel is within walking distance or a short drive to over 30 restaurants. Local shopping is nearby in Historic Bethlehem, at the Promenade Shops at Center Valley, and the Lehigh Valley Mall. Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom, the Crayola FACTORY, and Dutch Springs are also close by. Our hotel has studio suites and one and two-bedroom-two-bath suites which all feature a living room area. All suites have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, full-size refrigerator, microwave, DirectTV, and complimentary high-speed Internet access wired and wireless. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and sleeper sofas are standard in all suites. The hotel also features an indoor pool, outdoor recreational sports court, as well as a business center that is complimentary and accessible 24 hours a day. Enjoy the hospitality of our staff along with a complimentary Suite Start hot breakfast buffet every day, a Wednesday evening reception featuring a complimentary light meal and beverages, and on-site laundry facilities.     Hotel is laid out oddly. To walk inside from some rooms is almost 5 min walk to lobby or walk outside. Choose room in lower numbers. Front desk not always well staffed. Breakfast was good some ethnic offerings.

    This Hilton location was a disappointment. The front-desk service was unwelcoming and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. (Girl with dark hair/long lashes/nails). The staff member at the counter seemed uninterested in helping and gave off a negative attitude. The overall environment doesn’t feel like the typical Hilton experience—it feels outdated, and the walls are extremely thin, making it hard to relax with how much noise carries through. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from Hilton. I do not recommend and steer clear!

    From check-in to check-out, this stay was unacceptable. • Room wasn’t ready, even with a 5:00 PM check-in. We waited over an hour. • Toilet was clogged when we arrived, and to make it worse, there was no maintenance available after hours. • The next day, no one ever showed up to fix it — we had to go to the front desk and get our own plunger to unclog a toilet we didn’t clog. • No management on duty, and none of them have returned our calls. • No mattress pads or protectors on any of the beds. • No hot water, meaning cold showers for everyone. • Requested housekeeping at check-in, but never received it. • Breakfast was cold and unappetizing. • Bathtub wouldn’t hold water, so our baby couldn’t take a proper bath. This was truly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The number of issues and the complete lack of service or management response is unacceptable.
