    We especially appreciated Anna in the breakfast cafeteria and her extra care. She was so dear.

    Had to move rooms because we faced the I-78 on ramp and it was extremely noisy. The staff accommodated us without hesitation. The staff is superb. Breakfast is very good. The beds need softer mattresses. The heating system from other rooms can be heard in the room too. Which is quite annoying. Carpet needs replaced in the hallways along with a refresh of the hallways, certainly showing the age of the facility. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail. Bathroom had hair left on floor. Beds are sloppily made up. Room rate is good .

    I recently stay at this hotel with my kids the rooms were so clean and the staff were so friendly but I want to point out one of them this lady amanda she was so friendly and helped me out with a couple things I needed I highly recommend this place my kids loved this place

    The room was really nice and spacious. AC/Heat worked well and was quiet. But the absolute best thing about this hotel, is its staff. **Especially Shay & Raven! I was in the mood for some pretzels, and unfortunately the they did not have any in stock 😢 The next day Shay surprised me with a bag of pretzels! How unexpectedly awesome & cool 😎 is that! Aside from being professional and knowledgeable, they were just great to meet and talk with. Thank You Girls, your the best and IHG is lucky to have you Boca Joe South Florida
