Breakfast is very good. The beds need softer mattresses. The heating system from other rooms can be heard in the room too. Which is quite annoying. Carpet needs replaced in the hallways along with a refresh of the hallways, certainly showing the age of the facility. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail. Bathroom had hair left on floor. Beds are sloppily made up. Room rate is good .

I was in the mood for some pretzels, and unfortunately the they did not have any in stock 😢 The next day Shay surprised me with a bag of pretzels! How unexpectedly awesome & cool 😎 is that!
