He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you feel not just welcomed, but truly taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to guest happiness. I also want to give a shoutout to the housekeeping team. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, which I deeply appreciated. The facility is great, but Tasi is the reason I’ll be back. Upon entering the room, there was a strong chemical odor (maybe cleaning products) that lingered the entire time and was quite unpleasant. We had hoped the smell would go away. It didn’t. I couldn’t sleep bc the smell was irritating to my lungs and I couldn’t stop coughing. I wrapped a short around my nose to try to buffer the smell. It didn’t help much. We also asked for extra pillows and were told they were sold out, so they only had one extra to spare. Better than nothing; I suppose. On top of that, the hallway noise was excessive and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. Based on this, I wouldn’t stay here again. I laid in bed and counted down the hours until we could leave.
