It’s definitely a budget Hotel, and you know that going in based on the price however there was several things they did not do well and should be basic and easy. First thing I noticed was that it was very dirty inside the elevator and around. It needed to be cleaned with better attention, or more often. My room was not cleaned well. There were toe clippings next to the bed on the carpet and there was Lots of dust on top of the refrigerator. The bottom of my tub had brown skidmarks, which appeared to be permanent, but were gross. In the morning, I noticed that there was no sugar left for coffee - Not a big deal, but these are easy things to check before leaving while cleaning. The next morning, there was no fruit available and I had to ask. They just simply forgot to put it out. When I went to use the gym, they had neglected to put any towels out in the morning. Again, had to stop my workout and go ask them for towels. Overall, this experience just had the feeling of management and staff calling it in. Maybe it was because of the holidays, but it was not a good stay.

Don't advertise your pool as one of your amenities and then schedule a time for preventive maintenance when your guests can't use it. I have two extremely disappointed children as a result of this hotel management's incompetence

- LWLouise WallDec 2, 20252.0We went there without a pet to go to the sting concert at the casino. We were obviously given a "pet friendly" room and it reeked of pee. Since we were in a hurry and the hotel was rather busy, we sprayed some body spray around the room to make it smell better and then buried our faces under the sheets when we went to bed. I've stayed with my dog in pet friendly places and I know that often means "something has peed in here before and we just want to pocket the extra fee without actually doing anything". I had to wash all my clothes - even the stuff I didn't wear because the room stunk so bad. If a hotel is going to have pet friendly rooms, they should have pet friendly floors. And I didn't ask for a pet friendly room because my pup was at home!
