Me, my wife and my 2 kids (toddlers) were in town visiting and decided to stay here. I chose this because i stayed here in July 2025 and had a pleasant one night stay.
This time around i booked it for 10 days hoping it was going to be a similar experience but boy was i wrong. The first night we arrived the receptionist (a black lady Malikah) was extremely pleasant and took good care of us. The first room we got was not clean and the sheets had blood stains and food stains on them and there was noise coming from upstairs. Malikah upgraded us to a different room. The floor in the second room was oily and sticky but we let it go.
5 days into our stay I called the front desk to ask if they could clean our room since trash was piling up and the lady on the phone (Stacy) in a rude manner said that they won’t be cleaning our room until 7 days have past. I went to the reception to clarify things and explain to them that we had toddlers staying with us but I was met with a rude, disrespectful and borderline racist Stacy and General manager Sonia Santiago who told me that they were clear and wouldn’t clean the room. I told them that there was no need for them to be rude with me and Sonia Santiago told me that she was acting like that because she was sick. I told them that the should be more respectful and left.
I came back later that night with my family and our room key was cancelled and we couldn’t access our room. I went to the reception and Malikah told me that they are kicking us out of the hotel. She said she didn’t understand why because she want there and that we were “pleasant guests”. They called the police to escort us to get our stuff and banned me and my wife who wasn’t even there earlier from the hotel.
Our kids were crying and we all didn’t understand how they could act in such disrespectful and unprofessional manner and have us bare the consequences.
We felt bullied by some ladies with mean girls attitude. They should not be working in customer facing roles. Be careful staying here as the GM Sonia Santiago is mentally unstable and hates her job. Our investigation found her literally saying that in a social media post.

We had an extremely disturbing experience at this hotel.
After requesting room service because our room was not properly cleaned, staff immediately responded with attitude. We were told they would “let us know what they could do,” but no one ever followed up. When we went downstairs simply to ask for an update, the staff continued to behave in a rude and dismissive manner. Instead of resolving a basic customer service issue, the situation was escalated unnecessarily.
While we were off the property, the hotel called the police without informing us. When we returned, we were locked out of our room without notice. Rather than communicate with us like professionals, staff contacted law enforcement to escort us to retrieve our belongings and remove us from the property in the middle of the day.
As General Manager, Sonia Santiago is responsible for what happened. Locking paying guests out of their room, calling the police, and forcing an entire family to gather their belongings and leave in the middle of a blizzard over a simple service complaint shows a complete failure of leadership and judgment. This was reckless, excessive, and inhumane. Management chose escalation over professionalism and safety, and that decision put us at risk.
We were paying guests. There was no violence, no threats, and no property damage. This response was excessive, humiliating, and completely disproportionate to a simple service complaint.
The lack of professionalism and the decision to escalate a routine concern into a police matter is deeply concerning. Guests deserve respect, clear communication, and basic customer service not intimidation or public embarrassment.

After a few days of our stay, my family requested housekeeping service for our room. The general manager was rude and unprofessional and outright refused the request. Despite us remaining calm and non-confrontational, she escalated the situation by calling the police, which resulted in us being forced to leave. As a service provider, it is unacceptable to react this way to a basic service request. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Stay away from this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am writing this on behalf of my friend who is a foreigner. This place is highly unprofessional. My friend stayed at this hotel and had one of the most upsetting travel experiences of his life. The general manager, Sonia treated him with clear hostility and bias. The tone, body language, and dismissive responses from the front desk staff, Stacy and general manager, Stacy made it obvious that he was not being treated with the same courtesy as other guests. He stated it felt discriminatory, and that is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. On top of this, the police were called all because my friend asked for his room to be cleaned. My friend, his wife, and his kids were escorted off the property and banned from the premises.

The hotel stay was an exceptional one! My company put me here and it exceeded expectations. Check in was easy and so was check out. The pool was warm and clean. The store was always well stocked with the essentials. One recommendation would be adding an air fryer to their borrowing station. Overall would stay here again! Quiet area. Across from Taco Bell and the Sheetz.
