We called the front desk and were told he was too busy to handle it right now. Said he had not eaten and he was overwhelmed. Very unprofessional. It is close to the highway and the rooms were nice but I just drove a long way and got no rest. One or two people checked in and then the remainder of the teenagers in the car all piled in the room.

The staff was kind and helpful, and our daughter in particular enjoyed chatting with the “chef” in the dining area. The beds were comfortable, the room temperature was consistently comfortable, we slept well. The continental breakfast was great, lots of options! Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. I have family in the area and would certainly stay again!
