- JHJosh Hill3 days ago3.0Pros: Good breakfast, comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Cons: Hair in the shower, bed and towel rack, room was dirty and noisy. I let the lady at the front desk know I was a light sleeper and asked if I could be on the top floor, which she did, except she put me in a room facing the road and right abive the entrance to the hotel (music plays through the speaker outside). First stay at a Holiday inn express and I was overall disappointed.

The location is excellent—peaceful and quiet, yet very close to a major city, making it both convenient and relaxing. The hotel is extremely well run, offers terrific value, and the staff and management are warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Everything about the stay was smooth and pleasant. I award it 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Philadelphia area.

- MTMandy TahalFeb 1, 20261.0Let me share my honest opinion with this hotel. This is my honest view. When we first enter the hotel from desk guy wasn’t very friendly. We got our room 106 however we enter the room and noticed the smell was unpleasant however we check the room and let me be very honest!!! Floor was very nasty, walls were nasty, and the room had a funky smell!!! When I enter the bathroom with my son he got scared because it had bugs walking around inside bathroom was so disgusting and smell like urine pee smell hair all over the bathroom very disgusting.. I call the front desk and told the guy he them told me go to the front desk I went. However I ask him for a better room with bathroom I also told him I do not mind paying extra because I had my baby and son with me he said all bathroom is like that He give us room 344 and oh boy worst Bathtub water wouldn’t go down took like 5 min Hair all over the bathroom Very very disgusting The shower head worst my baby and my self our skin not really bad because of how nasty it was We couldn’t do anything nor leave because it was freeze and was very last moment and late when having a baby. But if u have kids please stay around from this hotel at all cost do better or hire better cleaning people!!!
