    Great location for what we were visit for. (Wedding) Brooke was extremely patient and friendly. Rooms were clean and updated. Housekeeping kept up with fresh towels for our stay. (3 days) If we ever come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again.

    MUCH BETTER THAN 2019.ITS SUPER QUIET NOW. NO SLAMMING DOORS WHICH WAS THE MAIN ISSUE BACK THEN.NICE STAFF.GOOD FREE WIFI AND TV IS A SMART TV WITH VERY CRISP PICTURE. IT MUST BE 4K OR SOMETHING.2 MAIN PROBLEMS IS TUB NEEDS A SLIP MAT OR GRIPPERS IN TUB SO YOU DONT SLIP AND FALL.I WAS SLIDING AND MICROWAVE TURNER PIECE WAS MISSING SO DISH DIDNT TURN IN MICROWAVE BUT STILL HEATED

    Stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to sleep in a bed full of bedbugs! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, it smelled terrible as if it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. The bathroom was filthy, with dead cockroaches on the floor. The towels were dirty and clearly reused. Absolutely disgusting! The bed sheets were stained and had someone else’s hair and eyelashes on them , it was revolting to even lie down. The floors looked like they hadn’t been washed in years. I couldn’t stay overnight in that room , even the tabletops were covered in dirt. It was obvious that housekeeping never cleaned up after the previous guests. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. I asked to change the room, and they did move me to another one, which was slightly cleaner, but still smelled horrible — like dirty socks. Bedbugs are apparently a normal thing in this hotel. Never again!

    The first room we had should have been a no smoking room, but clearly the guest before us was smoking in the bathroom and that was all you could smell. The second room had the most uncomfortable bed. Everything you move it sounded like it was breaking. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. And the shower temperature wouldn't regulate. From hot to icy water. When checking out it was implied that we had broken the bed because we didn't report it the first night.
