  I stayed at this hotel for a baseball tournament and Katelyn was so helpful and so sweet. she was extremely considerate and genuinely cared about the guests and their experience. she definitely deserves a raise! she was doing her job above and beyond the expectations.

  Been to a lot of hotels let me tell you the front desk employee Katlyn Made our stay the best. She was so sweet and so nice. Her main focus was keeping everybody safe, but also customer service and she had such a nice demeanor. It really really made our stay so nice She should be moved up in this job or given a bonus or something cause she was super awesome

  Katlyn at the front desk was very helpful for my stay and helped me get my phone charged. she was very polite and welcoming and the check in process was very professional. Highly recommend a stay here as the customer service is great 👍

  I wasn’t able to fulfill my reservations for the weekend of 4/17-4/19. I called and spoke to Clarence who was very courteous and polite. He was very patient when I was looking for my confirmation #. He also appreciated me calling in 3 days ahead so the 2 rooms that I reserved could be given to someone else. I hope to meet Clarence in one of my other upcoming stays later in the year. He is a great asset to the Holiday Inn.

  **2nd Edit--it has been over 2 wks now since the owner allegedly processed my refund and told me it would be back in my account in 3-5 business days and I have yet to see it and yes I have contacted my bank several times. I emailed the owner over a week ago, at the email address that he provided below and of course I havent heard anything back. I still stand on saying Rose has been great at not dodging me calls and trys to answer me the best she absolutely can but the owner is never there and rarely reachable. I truly dont think he processed my reimbursement properly but I guess we wont know till he decides to answers calls/text/emails or show up at his own establishment. Frustration has went out the window at this point and Im now becoming down right pissed off!!!** **EDIT---The manager Rose is working diligently to make things right, along with sending one of my girls her Bible back to us!!! (I still feel as tho Robin has no business in this line of work. Her unprofessionalism was out of this world)** Robin at the front desk was rude and blatantly ignored me for 5-7 min while she was on her phone. As she was checking me into a room she bluntly told me that the room might be dirty because she didnt know which were clean and which were dirty.....sure enough we got a dirty room, I mean, the beds were made but there were crumbs and trash on the floor, urine in the toilet and the tv didnt work.It was a nightmare of a weekend.
