  Booked online and website said nothing about pool being closed! Staff was very unprofessional wouldn't give manager name.or hername and hung up on my daughter multiple times!

  I booked the Holiday Inn Bell Vernon location for October 23,24,25. I specifically booked this hotel because of the indoor swimming pool. I booked a couple of weeks in advance, and I repeatedly called the local phone number to the hotel of which no one ever answered, and it did not matter if I called in the morning midday or in the evening, no one answered the direct line phone number. I contacted Holiday Inn customer service and that individual sitting at a desk somewhere in a call Center assured me that the swimming pool was Fully operational and available for their tenants to use however, upon my arrival that was not the situation. I had already booked the room in advance and paid for it, and was not in a situation where I could be refunded to choose another local hotel location, such as the Hampton or the Fairfield Inn. There was no availability at either of those hotels anyway. Very disappointing that this hotel and management team were not transparent about the condition of the hotel so perspective guests could make informed decisions. The room was clean and over all the hotel was as well. I did have to switch room because the original room that was assigned had a broken AC unit. Even though I had booked a room for three days every day, I had to go down and have my room key reprogrammed because it would lock me out, which was an inconvenience, but it was quickly taken care of. The breakfast was good. I will give them that. I will not book at this location again. I feel ripped off and that management failed.

  The king size bed was made beautifully.but was hard as a rock!! The pavement had more given it!

  3rd time we have stayed. It's an easy place to stay, and travel from and to. We visit family just a few miles up the road. Belle Vernon has some nice shops, restaurants, and Valdasari's bakery is a must go. Bailey's diner is another place not far away. Dollars General is close, Giant Eagle too. Walmart just up the road, tractor supply, and much more all around. You also need to try the roadside hotdog stand Red Caboose for some delicious dogs, and super awesome fries. Belle Vernon Holiday Inn has a complete breakfast every morning, and coffee at anytime day or night if you stay there. Value, service, friendly place to stay.
