    DO NOT STAY HERE. The Management is a joke, I have been trying to get folios for a construction crew and they can't even pick up the phone. I called for 2 hrs and nobody picks up the phone. I have emailed management for 2 weeks with no reply. We stay at a lot of IHG hotels and this manager doesn't care about there customers once the run your credit card. maria needs trained in IHG hospitality and management skills

    The management has not addressed any of the problems with mice everywhere, we were given a couple of traps and that was the solution. A room change was offered but we knew coworkers on every floor and all had the same issue. Mice everywhere and mice feces under the kitchen sinks. We caught 4 in the time we were there. Let management know, as well as customer satisfaction (corporate) and nothing happened. Although the manager did say that corporate wouldn’t do anything either, and she was correct about that. It’s a health hazard to have the mice. They need to close the hotel down or have a fumigators come out and handle it. We were promised 2 comped nights from our 25 day stay …. REALLY!? Anyways don’t come to this property it’s run down, dirty, pest riddled. I could go on …

    I just wish to let you know this hotel is a cesspool: 1. On my arrival the bathroom has black stains in the floor and the glass/walls were covered on a thick layer of human grease. 2. The refrigerator was dirty with pieces of food from prior user. 3. The kitchen stove was dirty with also thick grease. 4. The kitchen utensils were inside the drawer but dirty. Same case with glasses and dishes. 5. The floors had also a layer of black dust stick to it. 6. There was always garbage at the end of the hallway’s trash can and this situation was worse on Sunday evening. 7. Saturday, someone urinated in the elevator and we did not have service. The stink of urine is still present. 8. The laundry room has 3 washers and none of them complete a cycle. No one told me that issue until I ended up with wet dirty clothes in my hands. Besides, the machines and the room were filthy. The only thing OK with this hotel was the kindness of the front desk personnel. Nonetheless, I will never return to this site and this message will also be sent to IHG hotels.
