Room had garbage bottles behind the night stand, hair in the shower and corners of bathroom before we had ever used it, along with soap scum, finger prints, and dirt in corners and the whole room has moldy/dirty smell. This place is a complete dump!

I called for 2 hrs and nobody picks up the phone. I have emailed management for 2 weeks with no reply. We stay at a lot of IHG hotels and this manager doesn't care about there customers once the run your credit card. maria needs trained in IHG hospitality and management skills

A room change was offered but we knew coworkers on every floor and all had the same issue. Mice everywhere and mice feces under the kitchen sinks. We caught 4 in the time we were there. Let management know, as well as customer satisfaction (corporate) and nothing happened. Although the manager did say that corporate wouldn’t do anything either, and she was correct about that. It’s a health hazard to have the mice. They need to close the hotel down or have a fumigators come out and handle it. We were promised 2 comped nights from our 25 day stay …. REALLY!? Anyways don’t come to this property it’s run down, dirty, pest riddled. I could go on …
