  The room was not even close to being clean or cared for. Furniture was in bad shape, drawers missing from kitchen area, shower was filthy, stains on the bedding and nicotine found on the floor.

  My husband and I we're cooking, and I reached up to get the cutting board out of the cupboard, on the cutting board with a cockroach. My husband took it down to the front desk to show it to the clerk, and she put on rubber gloves disposed of it, washed the cutting board and returned it to us. She never offered us a free stay money back.Only offered us to switch rooms. I was thinking to myself.Switching rooms wouldn't help if there are cockroaches in this entire motel, also, the light above the microwave did not work.And when we arrived, our furnace was not working.My husband called the front desk, and they had him fix it instead of coming down and fixing it themselves. This is the worst motel i've ever stayed at, they also have slot machines in the front by the clerk's desk in which you can play, we did manage to win some money.But the payout machine was not working.We went up to the front desk, and the lady says that there's nothing.She can do, but we was also told by the previous clerk that they would pay out.If the machine did not give you the money. Stay far far far away from this motel.

  I'm currently staying here for work and unfortunately from day one. I arrived to my room to find out my shower curtain is filthy. None of the soaps,shampoos or lotion bottles filled. That took 1 whole day and 10 reminders to front desk to get done. The dishwasher is compartment is broke for the dishwasher pods. Also no dish detergent. My pans were dirty from the last people who stayed in my room. There is one African woman at the front desk that is very polite and does what she can I commend her. But the rest of staff get 2 stars there is only one housekeeper per day for the whole entire building. Getting my room cleaned was an adventure in it self. The front desk lied on the woman who marked me down to get my room cleaned and I come in from work my room wasn't cleaned. So I ask what time will I get my room serviced the other woman at the front desk lied and said they never had me on the list. Then told me she will send housekeeping to my room immediately. 4 hours later I call back downstairs and ask what's up the woman who originally had me down for service is surprised I told her they said you didn't have me down. Then I hear on the phone going back and forth. I had him marked right here why didn't you guys take care of him. It's only been an week I have two more to go here. Wish me luck..

  Updating to add there is a ROACH infestation! Im forced to stay here by insurance, after a fire. Rooms are dirty and small, faulty internet that is out more often than it works, a loud ticking in the heater, and the spot light shines through my window all night through a large crack in the blind that cant be closed. Room had garbage and empty bottles behind the night stand, hair in the shower and corners of bathroom before we had ever used it, along with soap scum, finger prints, and dirt in corners and the whole room has moldy/dirty smell. This place is a complete dump! the roaches are a terror and could be devastating. Do NOT stay here if you have a choice!
