Nice little hotel that is clean and conveniently located near a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. You are greeted with bright decor and polite staff upon entering. The rooms are not large but clean and the bathrooms are nice and modern. The mattresses are a little too soft and sag. There is a pool and a gym and breakfast is included.

Absolutely filthy hotel. Tried two rooms (gave up after that as they clearly don’t clean ) on the second floor tonight; bed and pillows were covered in tons of black hair, hair ties/bands all over the floor, food, used tissue and pieces of freeze dried sweetcorn (very odd) under the beds. Whoever “cleaned” this didn’t even try. Iv driven through 6 states in the last two weeks using nothing but this brand and this is the ONLY one that doesn’t clean their rooms. It’s honestly so disgusting that I wonder if they actually change the bedding at all if it looks somewhat ok. It’s going to be a rough night as I don’t even want to touch anything 🤢
EDIT; Curly black hair all over the shower walls too in the second room. Plugged something in and a fuse blew, now half the room doesn’t have light or power or tv. The woman at the front desk said there’s “nothing they can do” (I guess if there’s electrical issues in this hotel they don’t call electricians out and the guests are just supposed to sit in the dark ) but it magically got fixed when we called corporate and corporate then called them and told them to get the power on.
Checked out this morning completely exhausted and it’s ruined our trip. They gave us some “points” that havnt shown up yet (at no point were we offered a refund so we could go to a clean hotel with electricity) and the woman at the front desk shrugged the whole thing off so I guess this is completely normal at this hotel.
Please do yourself a favour and don’t stay here at fawlty towers. Craziest experience Iv ever had at a hotel.

So I wanted to state that I am a hilton honors customer. I have spent thousands of dollars to recide at this hotel. Only to be treated disgusting by some of the associates at the front desk. I will be calling corporate for sure on this matter. As has happened a few times in the past my car battery was acting up. Usually within an hour or two roadside assistance came to the rescue. Well this time they could not get my car started and just left. I had no place to go could not get in touch with anyone for help and within the hour I was asked to leave and that I could not sit in the lobby. Winds whipping 58mph and temps about 10 degrees I was sent to my car with my son freezing. Finally after several hours in there I decided to go back in and ask to make another call were one of the women said it was ok and the other after about an hour gets nasty and says you know you have to leave by 12 I then disgussed with her that I was waiting to try again with the toe truck and she gave me attitude and was like well its 12am..In tears I went to the end of the hall and prayed like heck this guy could get the car started and with Gods grace he did . But to be treated like this knowing that this was not a common thing and to have such distaste and disrespect for people who spend alot of money at this location is just horrible. At the end of the day I work hard for my money just like they do and my son especially didn't want to be in there because of it and had to spend hours in that car freezing. Its not even about wether or not money was spent at their hotel were the hell is whats called human compassion I am 60 years old and you just let someone of my age as well as my son just sit in those elements is disgusting ...absolutely disgusting not to mention my son and I had to walk to walmart to try to get a jump starter as well and did I mention not dressed accordingly for the 58mph winds having to walk on the side of the road as sidewalks were not paved in businesses along the way and missing a half a days work because of this disgusting gesture because I didn;t want my son having to go this alone in those temps and I am the one on the insurance so I had to be there for roadside assistance. Now let that had been one of them having to miss work. I work hard for my money and to have to miss work is an outrage ...And not one act of kindness from anyone to reach out and help on this day leaving me and my son out there for hours is an outrage and just horrible.58mph winds and 10 degrees just horrible. Might I add that this situation happened upon my check out at 12pm I was aloud to stay in lobby about an hour until the first tow truck driver came then was asked to leave even though I stated my car battery was dead it wasn't until 11pm hours later that we were left out there with no help before I went back in again to ask for help only to be given another hour then abruptly asked to leave again. How do you even call yourselves human is just mean . Feb 7th and 8th 2026. Check the local weather in Pa for this day . Everyone who tried to help ran pretty fast to get out of the elements never realizing my son was in those elements for hours due to this hotels horrible treatment and praise god is still alive at this moment thank god we had blankets etc in our car or god only knows if he would have been ok. Just disgusting acts of inhumane treatment so sad theres people in this world like this.
