I recently stayed at the hotel January 25–26 and I have to take a moment to recognize Dahlia Moyer at the front desk. She was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, Dahlia was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She handled everything smoothly and made the entire check-in process effortless. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her work. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, and she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, friendly attitude. Dahlia truly made a great impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel is lucky to have her — she’s a real asset to the team.

The only complaint on this hotel is that the rooms are dated and very worn, HOWEVER, the rooms are large(suites), clean, quiet, HVAC works as needed, free breakfast(did the job and they tried but not the freshest stuff). Great location. Will stay again if in the area. Got a great nights rest, best of the week, so that says something.

We arrived in the early hours of Friday (like 1 am), person working the front of house left a lot to be desired for in terms of customer service. In addition to this, we requested a pack n play as we were traveling with an 11 month old. We had spoken with the hotel on Wednesday reiterating the necessity and were assured it would be there. When we arrived and it wasn’t, we called the front desk and were told, “I’ll try and find one, but I don’t know how likely I’ll find one at this hour. You should’ve told us in advance.” When we told her we did, she stated that nobody made a note of it. One was eventually found, but again, you can tell this person hates their job and really shouldn’t be in hospitality. Hotel room was clearly dated, but wasn’t in terrible shape. Fit 2 adults, 2 children and a dog comfortably. For the amount of hotels in the area, would recommend looking past this one and going elsewhere.

Spent the holidays here. We checked in and went to the room which appeared nice. We opened the curtains and noticed the window was broken. When i tried out the bed, I noticed that it was clearly damaged. I went down to change rooms and was told by the supposed manager, mark, that he would not move us. When I asked why, he was very rude and claimed that the hotel was full, which it clearly was not. He walked away from us. Later on, I observed a family come in to see if there was any availability. Mark told this family that the hotel was only half full and that he could get them a nice room. After he was done with that family, I asked about changing rooms and he walked away and called me a Karen. I do not understand. We ended up leaving the next morning and stayed at another hotel. If Mark is truly the manager, that is an embarrassment. I will be speaking with the owners.

Don’t book here. Dirty rooms. Also charged me for a late cancelation of a night that was in their policy. Would not trust them with my credit card number
