Liz was quirky and happy, she gave us a chuckle and got is in, even when the computer gave her some issues she breezed right through while explaining the layout and amenities of the hotel . Our rooms are spacious and very up to date in furnishing, bathrooms are big and stocked well. The gym is in a large room, many cardio options and free weights and bench up to 50lbs. The breakfast is wonderful, everything cooked well and no broken machines. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through this part of PENNSYLVANIA. the front desk lady went as far as to link my rewards program for me when I forgot to bring my membership ID number. Also the direct TV option allow for a variety of viewing options.

The rooms were in great shape and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were on point. I was staying next to a room where the occupants were a bit loud and rowdy. After 10pm, I went to the lobby and asked if they could do something about the noise. The person at the front desk immediately called the room, told them to dial down the noise, and they did so without any incident. The standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast fare was on point. The breakfast area was clean and the food never ran out while I was there.

I would have given it 5 stars but for two problems: 1) There's no sign on Convention Center Drive to identify the hotel and it took two attempts with GPS to find it. It's on a hill away from the road and I couldn't see it in the dark. 2) My credit card statement showed that I was charged $4 more than my reservation confirmation showed. I called the hotel and apparently this was a "Parking Facility Fee" even though I parked in the large open lot around the hotel. It's a fine hotel if you accept these problems.
