Warm free breakfast bar, e.g., scrambled eggs, omelets, pork sausages/bacons, etc.,the parking lot was near full every night for the weekend and the weekdays that we stayed. Right off US-22; Allentown and Bethlehem are so interconnected that you don’t really need the highways.

- DDDebApr 9, 20261.0I recently stayed at the Allentown North location for an area hospital assignment and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms available. I took pictures and emailed them to the manager with no response. He didnt respond to repeated calls and refused to give a refund even after seeing photos of the bites! I had to call reception when i first arrived to the room because the bathroom floor was dirty and there was no handsoap. I opened the bath mat and there were dirty footprints on it. I also noted dust on the desk and side tables as if the room hadn't been cleaned in some time. This was a nightmare trip and the General Manager was heartless. He cared nothing about good customer relations. He has refused a refund so I have to escalate this to tey to get my money refunded. This is the second horrible stay at a Holiday Inn Express hotel and it is the last. I hope this review will spare others the anguish and frustration I'm going through.
