- CEColin EscobarMar 28, 20262.0Broke down and had to stop here for the night... There were Bedbugs. Caught three of them in a cup, showed the front desk, was assured that the general manager would call to go over the stay after their pest control company would be brought in as they didn't work weekends, never got a call, called left a message for the general manager, this was last week, never got a callback, called corporate to complain. Other than that the staff was nice, bartender was amazing and the manager of house keeping was fantastic, they made the stay not a total nightmare.

Firstly, NONE of the exterior doors work with room keys, meaning you have to park our front and walk through the lobby instead of closer to the room. Secondly, both nights we stayed someone was vacuuming the hallway outside our room at 1030PM using the world’s loudest vacuum. Completely unnecessary. Only on elevator works so it’s slow at busy times.
