We’ve had a really rough week, and this weekend we decided to take a much-needed break and celebrate our sister’s birthday. While Kelly couldn’t change our circumstances, her exceptional customer service truly lifted our spirits and made our stay feel special. We’re so grateful for her kindness, humor, and professionalism in a time when we truly needed it the most! Besides customer service the room was very clean, very good selection at breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here again!

Doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it is. Because of that alone, I won’t stay there again. 17 channels of local cable. Save a few dollars The cheaper hotels at least have smart TVs
- ADAndrew DuttonOct 26, 20254.0A nice hotel that is starting to show its age. I’ve been coming to this hotel with my family for a fall weekend visit every year since about 2010. On the plus side, I love the two bedroom suites. Just fantastic for privacy between parents and teenage kids. These rooms are generally reasonably priced. The breakfasts are okay….very processed food, but adequate if you want quick calories to start your day and get moving quickly. But….the hotel is starting to show its age. This year (2025) was the first time I really noticed the wear and tear: elevator doors and interior surfaces dented and scratched, loose fixtures like shower heads that have broken free from original mounts, water leaks from ceiling in bathroom, trims that are falling apart, excessive dust in vents…. This place needs a renovation in the next 5 years….or…..it will be sold and rebranded as a crappy Ramada owned by the kind of people who own Ramadas.

We come for a little get away at least 5 -6 times a year and let me tell you from the time we pull up it feels like our home away from home. We’re always greeted with so much love. The service here is incredible. Nothing is ever too much to ask for. The rooms are immaculate, beds are comfy and clean , bathrooms always stocked with towels. They have a great breakfast and some nights they do dinner and drinks. Lakeema ( the manager) is one of the most down to earth chicks ever. I can’t speak highly enough about this place and the staff. I’m so grateful for our little getaway spot here. ❤️
