- PDPaul DilgerDec 26, 20251.0My wife and I stayed here with our 1 year old daughter a little over a week ago. So let me say first off that we both liked the room. It was very spacious. However, we had a very traumatizing experience on our one night stay. Our daughter was sleeping in her pack n play in the living room area of the suite and we woke up at 4:30am to someone coming into our room. They had a key to our room and luckily the noise from the extra door lock woke us up. My wife saw a man’s face and when I ran to the door and checked the hallway they were gone. We were scared to death. We could’ve been robbed, or worse yet, our daughter could have been taken. I called the front desk to tell someone might be trying to break into rooms and that I wanted to speak to a manager in the morning. The person I spoke to said they were putting a memo to the manager so they were aware of the situation. Long story short, the morning manager had no knowledge of what happened. Our night was comped, however after we expressed our concern that a worker may have been trying to break into our room the manager, Megan, said she would let us know what exactly happened that night after she investigated. She took our contact info but so far we have heard nothing as to what exactly happened. By far, the scariest and most unsafe experience we ever had at a hotel.

Just be aware before booking this hotel that the hot tub might not even be open during your stay and you wont know until you arrive.
