The staff were excellent and we had a very nice stay. We stayed exclusively in Holiday Inn Express / IHG hotels on this trip to NY/PA and I recommend joining their loyalty programme as it is always noted on your arrival which is nice. The room was great and breakfast was very nice too - we spent a lot of time relaxing over breakfast. In the evening we saw fireflies for the first time in my life. We would return for sure !

The entire team, including the housekeepers and front desk, was delightful, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I’ve traveled extensively and, at one point, even stopped traveling due to disappointing hotel experiences. But this hotel completely changed my perspective. It’s quiet, peaceful, and spotlessly clean, which is a pleasant surprise given the affordable rates. I was initially skeptical, thinking it might be like other budget hotels, but this place surpassed all expectations. The staff, especially Janice on the second shift and the lady on the first shift (whose name I unfortunately forgot), were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even the housekeeping staff was cheerful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I’ve stayed at five-star hotels, and while some were good, others didn’t compare to the warmth and care we received here. The staff truly makes all the difference in ensuring a comfortable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It’s peaceful, clean, and definitely worth every penny. If you’re planning to travel, this place is a gem and will make your stay memorable definitely recommend!!!!

It worked for what we needed, which was a 2 room style suite, and the breakfast was pretty good. I would say the service was good especially during breakfast - but some improvement could be made for house keeping.
