  I came here and you can tell my sheets and pillow cases weren’t changed. They had stains and hair all over it. I was also being bullied by another guest which I have a recording of. The front lady said she’ll review the cameras and talk to the lady she never did. The cleaning crew in the morning is extremely loud and woke us ip. I wish they were more considerate that people are actually sleeping, and we can hear every single thing. Not a good experience.

  Great service! The lobby smelled like the word clean when we walked in. Only minor cosmetic issues that aren't going to affect your overall stay. The beds were amazing and very comfortable. The pool is saltwater and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind.

  It was mentioned in the hotel lobby that give guest comfort please maintain silence from 10pm to 6 am.we were on 4th floor and literally there was a couple on our floor who kept fighting from. 12.30pm in the night to 4am. It was ridiculous we paid so much just to hear this nonsense. Will never visit again.

  It is hard to believe was once a Quality Inn because it looks like a brand new property. Cathy was wonderful at the front desk. She pointed out the amenities and made check-in a breeze. Free coffee is available 24/7 and they have a great little shop for snacks and beverages though the prices are quite high. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Better still, my girlfriend and I had a great night's rest that was noise free. The properties location is right near the highway, however, it's sort of tucked away to limit road noise. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

  I stayed here this past Saturday night, and my experience was extremely disappointing. My friends and I checked into a room with two beds for four guests. Later that evening, a front desk employee named Heather came to our door and accused us of being loud, having too many people, and smoking in the room. We did not smoke in the room at any point. When I calmly tried to explain this to her, she was rude, dismissive, and immediately threatened to call the police instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation. The way she spoke to us made us feel targeted and uncomfortable, and the interaction came across as discriminatory. We felt so unsafe and unwelcome that we decided to leave the hotel entirely. As we were packing, she knocked again—this time with a smile—and told us we needed to leave. When I shared my concerns with her, she dismissed me again and said we would need to “take it up with the hotel” for any refund. Because we left early due to false accusations and the hostile behavior and threats from staff, I am requesting a full refund for the night. I hope management reaches out, as this experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. This review is very disappointing to write, as I have stayed here many times before and always had positive experiences with the service, staff, and overall quality of the hotel. However, based on this encounter, Heather should not be in customer service. She was extremely timid, unapproachable, and her discriminatory behavior was more upsetting than the money lost. We ultimately took our business elsewhere, and I would advise anyone—especially guests of color or those traveling with people of color—to be cautious at this location.
