    As soon as I entered the room it smelled so bad like feet as if the rugs were never shampooed I mean I went to the giant and bought spray and plug ins and Clorox wipes and spray and wiped the whole room down ! Do better and get these rugs cleaned ! Would not stay here again ✌🏾

    There was no hot water Got in the shower and had to take a cold shower in the middle of February. When I told the manager, he said he was surprised and issued me points. One thing I noticed is the staff were all miserable while working. Tells me alot about management and ownership.

    Rooms were ok w bathrooms in main entry gross and no toilet paper.Rooms had garbage bags in the hall way when we arrived at 8 pm and still there at 9 am. Food. At 9 am, no more eggs were served and future rest of the hot food was cold. Gross! There were 3-4 staff in food area talking and wouldn't move so I could get toast. I stood there for a good three minutes listening to them as wouldnt move. They didn't care that I was there Male staff in am a yankee hat was awesome. Kind and was working hard. I Came in hungry and left hungry. I will never stay here again

    I came here and you can tell my sheets and pillow cases weren’t changed. They had stains and hair all over it. I was also being bullied by another guest which I have a recording of. The front lady said she’ll review the cameras and talk to the lady she never did. The cleaning crew in the morning is extremely loud and woke us ip. I wish they were more considerate that people are actually sleeping, and we can hear every single thing. Not a good experience.

    Great service! The lobby smelled like the word clean when we walked in. Only minor cosmetic issues that aren't going to affect your overall stay. The beds were amazing and very comfortable. The pool is saltwater and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind.
