I let the front desk know October 4th and 5th, 2025. They told me to email them the photos when I left after I paid over $660 but they never got back to me.

The key cards have not been working right for years now and the management/owner doesn't pay to have them properly fixed. It's clear the owner is keeping the profits rather than investing back into it. The staff is still nice and a great location but not enough to bring us back anymore.

The rug was damp and dirty. We def made sure to not walk barefoot on the floor. It was difficult to close the bathroom door. It looked a little rusty at the bottom.
