Non existent customer service, Horrible food, disgusting/decaying room (especially the condition of the bathroom), dead flys EVERYWHERE, and no housekeeping (you have to ask for it)... Upon finding the ownership group, it all made sense.... What a joke... The ONLY bright spot was the kind woman at the bar on my last night 11/20.. Also had to wait 25min for the shuttle to bring me there from airport thats 5min away.. Absolute joke of a property. Hilton will give their name to anyone thats wants it and it shows...

Wall thermostat inoperative. Pool freezing and hot tub inoperative and full of hair. Garbage and female items on pool deck. Told Spikey Haired lady. She decided to go smoke. Breakfast empty and cold at 9 am. Morning desk crew, late night desk crew, breakfast lady and maintenance guys were very nice. Breakfast cook complained about having to make people’s eggs. Requested several times for call from manger and never heard back. Left message and out of office message said “I’ll call you back after Sept 22!” Did Survey and requested contact from Amanda at Hilton and did not hear back. This place should not have a Hilton garden Sign on it!!!
