  Extremely Unprofessional Management Our family had a very disturbing experience with the manager, Brittany Mack. During our stay, my children and grandchildren were exposed to profanity and extremely aggressive behavior from her. When I calmly addressed that her language and conduct were inappropriate, she escalated the situation, began yelling, and ultimately had my family removed for no legitimate reason. (At that point I may have gotten rude/stern) What was most concerning was the way she intimidated my children and made very inappropriate comments while screaming. This kind of behavior from someone in a management position is unacceptable, especially in a place where families stay. Not to mention, she started screaming at us about her losing a child which to me sounded very personal. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. I personally mopped the floors over 20 times and the water was still coming up black. I documented this and sent a video directly to management. Also reported the mold . My family has stayed at this hotel several times over the years when visiting my hometown/relatives, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After this incident, we will not be staying here again. This issue has also been reported to corporate. I do want to recognize a few employees who were professional and kind despite the situation. Tyler was excellent and very hospitable. A morning employee I believe was named Angelica was helpful during the stressful situation, and the gentleman working the graveyard shift was respectful and made sure we had what we needed. Unfortunately, the behavior of the manager completely overshadowed the positive efforts of the other staff.

  Hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and modern. Bedding was comfortable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and easily accessible.

  We stay at alot of Best western hotels traveling around for wrestling tournaments. We always have to have a pool, gym and hot tub and this one had all 3. The room we had three beds 2 queens and a hide away in the couch so fit our 5 perfectly. We we probably stay here again. Next year for the RMN Event Wrestling Most Wanted tournament.

  Just an overall good location. Easy to get to and not downtown where all the cars noise are.

  Rooms and breakfast were awesome but the location was SO NOISY. No one in my party slept well. There's some kind of construction or industrial yard nearby that produced clanging metal sounds all night long. Next time, I'd probably stay somewhere else
