  This hotel seemed well-managed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at check-in - they place a priority on customer service and were very accommodating working through an unexpected issue we had at check-in. The hotel is a little off the interstate, but not too far, and the hotel grounds were extremely quiet - it was nice not to hear freeway noise and to be able to enjoy quiet instead. There are excellent dinner options nearby - highly recommend the sushi restaurant a couple of minutes away by car. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. Hard floors felt hygienic. The bathroom had a large counter and felt spacious. The bathroom exhaust fan was a bit loud, but we were glad it was there - many rooms in other hotels do not have bathroom exhaust fans, which can make stays a little less comfortable for families staying in the same room. The swimming pool and hot tub were well sized and the water temperatures were just right - kids loved it. The water was clear and there was no strong chlorine smell, which made it feel like the water was well-maintained. Adequately sized pool towels were provided. Breakfast was just right - the choices offered were largely standard fare, but the staff obviously took care making sure that all options were stocked and available. The whole breakfast dining space was kept clean, even at a peak breakfast time. We didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of them, but this hotel also has deluxe queen bed rooms with two queen beds and a pull out sofa that would be perfect for larger families or families with teenagers. Balancing room rates and the quality of amenities offered, this hotel is a great value, especially for families.

  The beds in my room were not all that great. I ended up moving from one to another before I could fall asleep. The room and the hotel were clean though and the desk clerk was very nice.

  The staff was super friendly, comfy clean beds, it’s a nice and clean hotel that allows dogs and has a pool def will come back and recommend :)

  Stayed at this Best Western in White City,OR for 4 days and it suited my needs very well!! Breakfast was quite tasty, Desk staff was outstanding and very helpful during my stay. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the entire facility. This will be my go to hotel when I visit White City again!!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Best Western, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Brittany, the manager. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Brittany is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the guests. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in making people feel welcome and taken care of. Because of her, my experience was amazing, and I will absolutely be returning. Best Western is lucky to have a manager like Brittany. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!
