Hotel is trash, front desk lady is rude and I think they all need a little more training. Piece of garbage was left in my room after it had been “cleaned”. Pretty outdated also. All the workers look miserable. I feel bad for them.

Had a really frustrating situation with this hotel location. Booked my room online and accidentally put in the wrong date for the night I needed. Didn’t notice until I got the email saying I could check out online on the day I expected to check in. I called to ask if there was anything I could do to remedy this as the room costed $170 and I couldn’t afford to buy a second night. The employee told me there was nothing I could do, that I lost that money and to reference the no show policy. I would expect more from a company with an honest mistake like this. Surely I’m not the only one who has ever made this mistake. Bad customer service. I will not be giving this hotel or company my money for the foreseeable future. Confirmation #47854099 I booked directly through the hotel. I called the hotel directly to get help.

Firstly, I have to thank Rashida (Sorry, I forgot to ask how she spells her name) for going above and beyond to get me information I needed about the room and hotel before I booked it for a work trip. The location is great in terms of access to the interstate, food, and gas stations. It was only 5 to 7 min drive to downtown Troutdale. While. I am not a shopper, it is also only a 3 to 5 min drive to the outlet shopping center. The staff, in general, was super nice. I didn't have breakfast, but it seems like it had a good selection. The room was very clean, had microwave and mini fridge. The mini fridge was actually roomy compared to many other places I've stayed; I could put quite a bit of food and water inside. They provided Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner, soft thick towels, and the bed was comfortable by my standards. The location is near a railroad and truck stops, so expect a little noise. It didn't bother me, even though I was in the back, downstairs, facing the railroad and truck stop. (What was more annoying were the teen girls at 3am on 3 of the 6 mornings I stayed there.) Overall, I would certainly stay here again. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe there.

We stayed on Friday October 17 and we got in late - The lady working front desk Rachedia was very nice and helpful . She welcomed and answer all questions and made us feel special . The next day she was also the one cleaning the pool and spa area and was in such a good mood even though she had been up all night .
