    We stay at this Best Western Plus a couple of times yearly while visiting family in Troutdale and have for years. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool and excellent location. Throw in great beds and nice breakfast and you can’t ask for more.

    This Best Western was a very nice hotel to stay at.The mattress was very good.Everything was very clean and new looking. The breakfast had a good assortment that was hot and fresh. I recommend this hotel and conveniently off the freeway

    Clean rooms. Pool, hot tub, sauna were all great, very nice atmosphere. The staff were accommodating edging on friendly. Not a lot of smiles. One evening front desk attendant was nearly always on a smoke break, hard to track her down for help. Great location, very safe feeling area with nice businesses all around.

    Clean rooms. Pool, hot tub, and a dry sauna, which was unexpected and appreciated. Breakfast was standard-issue Best Western breakfast. Nothing surprising. Nothing alarming. Staff mostly seemed like they were at work. Not a lot of smiles. One front desk guy in the evening was noticeably friendlier. One morning staff member went outside to smoke in full view of everyone eating breakfast. My kids watched her like it was a nature documentary.

    Stayed one night while visiting family, beds where comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was clean, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was pretty good.
