The rooms, the exterior, the lobby, all of it was very enchanting. The log-cabin design was so comfortable and delightful. Not only was the hotel very comfortable, but the receptionist at the front desk named Lou was absolutely hilarious and very helpful! He went out of his way to help us and made the hotel very memorable. I hope I can make it back to this lodge again.

- HMHillary McDowellNov 22, 20255.0The: beds are clean and comfortable, the room is decently sized, the mini fridge is big enough for a lot and stays cold, the staff is efficient and very kind, especially Lou. Sergio makes breakfast to order, and there is also a small breakfast buffet. The shower water stays warm, and the shower head is very high(good for taller people), just keep the door closed to keep the heat in. Plenty of outlets. Room was not too cold or too hot, and we had no issues with noisy people. No trouble parking. Pool and hot tub under maintenance, but they volunteered vouchers for the pool/hot tub at the Roseburg location til it is fixed. Would stay here again.
