- ABAsim Billoo1 day ago3.0Keep in mind this is Hilton’s budget line. Very bare minimum, but the rooms are spacious very clean including the bathroom and customer service is excellent. What really stood out from other hotels is that even the night staff was really friendly Only three stars because this hotel is extremely expensive for what you get ….I wouldn’t usually stay at a budget hotel but everything else is booked Note there’s a water fill station which is a huge plus for traveling! I hate buying plastic water bottles ! lol
- RCRachelle Crites6 days ago3.0Getting in & out of the parking lot was horrrrrible unless you are going right out of the parking lot every time. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny. It was almost impossible to get dressed in private after showering. Front desk service was slow. Thin floors. Could hear upstairs people stomping around all night. Would not stay here again.

- ANaki naOct 2, 20251.0I had shipped work-related items to the hotel in advance, and although there was a signed proof of receipt, they insisted that the packages had not arrived. I repeatedly requested that they search within the hotel, but they offered no cooperation, and I was forced to resend the items at additional expense. The packages were finally found only after all of my work had already been completed. I sent an email requesting an apology, but I have yet to receive any response.
