    I travel quite a bit. Started to get in bed and a bug was crawling across my sheets. Called the front desk the switched my room. Get to the next room. Definitely check under the sheet and mattress pad , 99% found a bed bug. 3rd room didn't find anything but didn't sleep at all because it is in my head now and bugs are on me. Hopefully they will address this situation. I have a friend with a similar experience about a year ago same hotel.😲 Wish I could post pic!🪲

    Personally want to thank Manager Jose Ramirez, and all staff!! Their support, help with accommodations, compassion for our situation / reason for our stay, etc. They absolutely made us feel welcome and comfortable during our hardest time!! Jim & Teresa S.

    First off, the service was wonderful. The blond kid, Sage gave phenomenal service. He was kind, respectful, and made sure I had everything I needed for a good stay. Very professional for someone so young. The rooms were very clean and tidy. They were very comfortable. The only problem I might have is that the street its on is quite busy, especially during rush hour. Over all, would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you like exceptional service.

    Hot water went out. Not the end of the world and not likely anyone’s fault but the way a situation like this is handled from a customer service standpoint is the key to this review. Super disappointing as it could have been remedied so many ways with a simple offer of something. We called a second time to check for an update as we missed breakfast with our boys during parents weekend and they wouldn’t even offer to comp a breakfast? Keep in mind we are paying over $400 per night because it’s parents weekend. Disappointing.
