    I stayed there a couple nights ago. I realized I left about $350 worth of products on the bathroom. Most were brand new products I bought for my wedding on Friday. I called the same day we checked out and they told me to call back the next day. Called 3 times. Every time they said they would "look for it". Never got a straight answer. The housekeeping manger told me "that's if it wasn't thrown away" when I said the items couldn't have been missed during cleaning as they were on the bathroom counter. I drove back from Portland to confront them in person and the items weren't in lost and found. This is super sketchy because it was a bad and many items were luxury brands that could not have been missed. They offered no recourse and just said I should file a police report. Filed one but the police can't do anything because there is no official suspect. Absolutely crazy that they didn't even offer to comp my night. 1 night at this hotel lost me $500 between the coast of the stay and my expensive items. Definitely won't be staying here again and don't recommend you stay here unless you keep close contact with all your items.

    I travel quite a bit. Started to get in bed and a bug was crawling across my sheets. Called the front desk the switched my room. Get to the next room. Definitely check under the sheet and mattress pad , 99% found a bed bug. 3rd room didn't find anything but didn't sleep at all because it is in my head now and bugs are on me. Hopefully they will address this situation. I have a friend with a similar experience about a year ago same hotel.😲 Wish I could post pic!🪲
