  Owner is the cheapest BW owner i have ever encountered. Wifi DOES NOT work. Room was more expensive the BW oregon by UofO campus? And there's no wifi!? Maid's are loud cleaning rooms, like get a doorstop so they aren't slamming the doors. If you leave something there on accident it's gone forever. First room is tried to enter, was a night shift worker laying in the bed. Than looked at me like I'm crazy, the front desk"forgot" his buddy was kicking up his feet on the clean bed i was supposed to have. Switched to me to a whole nother room because of that weird encounter. Front desk was slow and tried not giving me the diamond experience. Night shift btw. Day front desk was very nice but good lord night shift was opposite of what day was. Dave your money and go else where, highly suggest it.

  We stayed here this past weekend with our two children and specifically chose this hotel because the website stated the pool would be open as of April 1st. In reality, the pool has not been open at all this season due to ongoing maintenance issues. Traveling with kids, the pool was a major factor in our decision, and the price we paid reflected access to amenities like this. Had we known the pool wasn’t open for the season, we absolutely would have booked somewhere else. I brought this up during our stay and was told to contact management. I followed up with general manager, Jordan, and was told they would not provide any type of compensation, despite the inaccurate information on their website and the impact on our stay. Maintenance issues happen, but failing to provide accurate information and then refusing to make it right is disappointing. The lack of accountability and follow-up made the situation worse. We won’t be returning. AC in room did not blow sufficient cold air. Breakfast staff was great with our kids! Nice variety of food choices.

  We were so excited to go swimming we are on a little vacation. We got here and the pool is closed, we asked the front desk gentleman about it, but he didn't really have much information to when it would be open again. We packed a lot of swimwear to go swimming The good thing is the rooms are updated. The Motel looks beautiful otherwise.

  Easy access from I-5 for a one-night stop during a long road trip. With a late arrival and early departure, ease of check in, a comfortable bed, and a dark and quiet room were my priorities. The room appears to be newly renovated. It's spacious, clean, and plentiful in amenities for a hotel in this budget category. Very nice and informative gentleman at the check in desk. The room is spacious. I play white noise while sleeping, and outside noise wasn't anything that couldn't be masked by that. The bed is comfy with choice of firmer and softer pillows. A solid choice that I would return to if I need to stop overnight in Eugene again. The poor reviews by people unhappy with the hotel's policy regarding charges for early check-in are unfair. They should have read and taken seriously the policies before selecting the hotel, which has the prerogative to implement whatever policies necessary to keep their doors open. In terms of quality for price, I have no complaints. Glad I made this choice and looking forward to coffee in the morning. Thank you!
