- SCStacy CrawfordFeb 24, 20261.0Me and my husband had a trip planned to the hotel above for Valentines weekend which was booked thru Priceline. Now the website stated non- refundable. We were to head out on Thurs the 12th. So the night before my almost 80yr old mother ended up in the ER for 4 hours and diagnosed with Influenza A and acute bronchitis to which they said she needed to watched. Thurs morning I called the hotel and explained what happened and that we wouldn't be able to make it and the reason why hoping for a possible refund due to family emergency. I figured they would of at least reimbursed Friday and kept Thursdays. They straight up denied. At this point we will never stay at that Hotel if we decide to go to Sisters and we will never stay at any Best Western. Very disappointed.

This past trip we had deer right outside the door. Hands down the best customer service, Neil made our day checking us in, making sure are stay was great!

We flew up from California and found out that a few days ago hoodoo was shut down. I tried to work with them for any options in this unusual circumstance and was told there was nothing that could be done. Beware of unsympathetic staff who does not use common sense. I was hoping to spend multiple winters at this cute hotel with my family and friends, but not anymore.
